Hero of the Federation, the first film sequel to Paul Verhoevens's 1997 sci-fi film Starship Troopers, has been announced. The sequel follows a group of soldiers trapped on a planet infested by aliens.

Cast and Crew

The film will be directed by Shinji Aramaki (Appleseed Alpha) and will feature the voices of Casper Van Dien, Dina Meyer, and Michael Ironside, who reprise their roles from the original film. New additions to the cast include Emily Blunt, Liam Neeson, and Jessica Biel.
